A1: Yes, one sample or samples are available, and normally samples can be ready around 20-30days.

Q2:Can the LOGO and packaging be customized?

A2: Yes, you can have your logo in the nameplate and package, and make the package design by yourself. MOQ needs to meet 200pcs per each model.

Q3: Can me run an electric water pump on the street?

A3: No. Normally the electric water pump cannot run on the street unless you make full safety notification when necessary to run the pump on the street, like drainage the flood on street etc.

Warranty statement

Normally, our warranty is one year after you receive the B/L.
